WNBA draft lottery set for Nov. 23 with Dallas Wings having best odds

The Dallas Wings held a news conference on Thursday, November 6, 2025, to introduce Jose Fernandez as the team's new head coach. General manager Curt Miller was present, and Fernandez, who previously served as the longtime head coach at South Florida, was officially welcomed to the WNBA franchise.
The WNBA will conduct its annual draft lottery on November 23, with the Dallas Wings having the highest probability of winning the top pick for the second consecutive season. They hold a 42% chance to secure the number one selection again, following their previous draft where they selected Paige Bueckers as the first overall pick.
