Recap after England battle past France to make World Cup final

Ellie Kildunne scored two impressive tries to help England secure a 35-17 victory over France in the Women's Rugby World Cup semi-final. Amy Cokayne, Abbie Ward, and Meg Jones also contributed with tries in the second half as England pulled away to secure their place in the final.

England held a narrow 7-5 lead at halftime, thanks to a try from Kildunne, but France missed several key opportunities to take the lead during the match.

England will now face Canada in the World Cup final, which will take place at a sold-out Twickenham Stadium next Saturday. The match will be broadcast live on BBC One starting at 15:00 BST.
